I have used Turbo Tax for more than fifteen years and will probably continue to use Turbo Tax. However, Turbo Tax makes it very difficult to find an answer to simple questions. There does not seem to be an "advice nurse" available. One must go directly to a Tax professional without passing go and frequently having to pay for the service. It would be useful to have something between FAQ's and paid preparer.

Turbo Tax needs update to accept IRS Issued PIN

I am unable to file the return electronically because I have an IRS issue PIN which is 6 digits and I can only input 5 digits,

It went great until it needed my credit card number and in the month box it did not have the number one. I just changed to a different card without needing the one,!!!!!!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. It walks me through everything I need to do to get my maximum refund & everything makes sense! No worries about things missing or incorrect. Love it!
