Turbo was great as usual

The process was fine until retirement income and several Question follow, The third continue to move on, You had to press contine four time to continue.

Turdotax -RMD

Everything went well . The RMD section was confusing at best.. The waiver documentation was confusing.
When the total deductions from IRA income and Pensions were more then RMD needed something should have been automatically happened.

Frustrated with TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax for years and I love the product, however it's impossible to e-file if your spouse doesn't have a SSN or ITIN. This is very frustrating because I would prefer to e-file, and I even paid to e-file and now I can't be refunded. Why does your product ask me if my spouse is a non-resident alien and not give this as an option to enter to e-file? I'm learning that other tax software can do this, so it's pretty frustrating because I love TurboTax.

Good program when it works properly

Great program until you get to the final check and filing, then for every new screen program says not responding and you have to wait a while before it finally responds. Was able to get return filed eventually.

TurboTax Misleading Advertising

Product is great. I've been using it for years. My complaint is I was under the impression e-filing my federal return was free and the version I bought included one free state return. I was surprised and disappointed to be charged for both e-filing my federal return and for the state return. I will look into H&R Block next year.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
