2024 Income Tax Review

2024 Turbo Tax software was thorough and easy to use. BUT, Turbo Tax had issues with its payment set-up for the Audit Protection and State Filing Fee payments. In the credit card section, January and 2025 were not visible because the top of the form cut the first line off. In addition to the programming error, the field was locked so that we could not manually enter the needed information. Other than that, it was great. See you next year.

When Turbo restarted and went checking for updates, it failed due to a MS installer 1603 error. There was no way to bypass that check which prevented me from at entering more data. I contacted technical support and received fantastic support from a gentleman in Pennsylvania who showed and helped me through the manual update process, which sadly I had to continue to use for this year's filing (Not happy about that).
But the technical support person was absolutely fantastic, my best experience with Turbo Tax in all the time (close to 20years) that I have used Turbo

I have used TurboTax for years, and I am so happy with its features such as ItsDeductible and the fact that it does all the math for me. I love it!
