Update changed input

Transmission of return initially failed--message was I had to get & install an update. Which I did. And it changed my tax due, because it change previously entered input about characterization of my IRA account. I went back and changed it manually so that tax due amount would be correct. If I hadn't noticed the change I would have paid more tax than due. Next attempt to e-file was successful.

Better than last year

This year's edition was much cleaner than last year. Got everything done in a couple hours.
I was disappointed that you offered a $20 state filing rate as I was entering data, and then it jumped back to $25 when I went to file.

worst ever

the worst I've used in 20+years of using Turbo Tax, download was problematic. If you did a BETA test you would have found these errors. The do load of the updates was a joke, took several attempts. Once I singed off and went back hours or days later, I had to once again update which incurred the same frustrating problems. In years past there has always been an option to skip the updates. No, you cannot blame your faded program on my PC settings. Additionally, my state (NM) forms were not included; I'm still waiting for them. If not corrected for 2026, I will never use Turbo-Tax again. PS. I do not agree with all of your terms and Conditions But must check the box in order to send my review.
