Wasn't able to file online without help from you tech support. Second year this has happened. Very frustrating to say the least especially after buying a new MacBook Pro because your no longer supported my older computer. You have lost me as a customer/user/advocate

Keep getting the "Validation_Error"!

Your software is terrible! I have spent the past 3 hours trying to complete the filing and everytime you give me a "Validation_Error" I have updated the software. I have researched on web and many many others are getting the same error! I want a refund! When can I expect you to fix it ?!?!?!?!?

Digital Turbo Tax Federal and State 2024

Had trouble transmitting at the end with the digital program. Had to spend an hour on the phone getting help from turbo tax representative. They did resolve the issue and i completed my efile for federal and state. Also the program advertises for one free state but I still had to pay $25.
