Turbo Tax - Straightforward and easy to use!

I believe we have a relatively simple state of affairs and this is the 4th or 5th year that I've used Turbo Tax. The process continues to be quite clear and explanatory and easy to use, even this year's filing when we sold our home.

easy to walk through until time to transmit both federal and state, then told had to update first; difficult to find where to do so; eventually had to sign in to turbotax, then called an 800 number which texted a link to do so

Extra hidden charges

Not happy about extra charges for e-filing state tax that don't show up until you're almost done. Next year I'll use a different program.
