Diskless, slow, but gets the job done.

I had issues loading and prefer a disk, which is no longer available. It finally loaded in the wee hours in the morning. It takes too much time to update each time I open it. I don't like the fact I have to pay for eFiling state, especially when my state has its own free service. I just mail in the state forms. Besides that, its great.

Good program overall, one glitch

Overall, a good program, easy to use. I did run into an issue where everything showed ready to file but when I clicked to file, Turbotax said it found an error. Odd to find an error when filing after passing all of the reviews and error checking, indicating everything was fine and ready to go.

there are still too many questions that get asked over and over when you are checking your work. if I answer the question once, I should not see it again. the help and support section is useless. it is not based on my question but on your faq.

Turbo Tax Takes the Burden Out of Doing Taxes

TurboTax takes care of everything. I just input the numbers and it's done! Took me less than an hour complete. It saves previous year information so I can double check I am entering everything properly. It can import Investment account information, if I had any, making it even easier to do your taxes.
