TURBO TAX ASKS ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS AND ALLOWS ME TO SKIP WHAT DOES NOT APPLY TO ME. IT MAKES THE FILING OF TAXES EASY. I ONLY SPENT 2 HOURS DOING MY STATE AND FEDERAL TAXES. I AM GOOD FOR ANOTHER YEAR.

No More CD Download Option-NOT good

Nickles & Dimes to death.

Turbo Tax is great. I use it every year. I do feel that Turbo Tax nickles & dimes you too death. The State filing should be free. Tax advise should be free. Luckily I have been doing my own taxes forever, and do not need assistance.

TurboTax is on the decline

I've used for over 15 years. As a former practicing CPA, I found it to be the easiest to pop around in and avoid the walk through. In recent years, the extra paid services in your face push for which you have to close/opt out of has become more than annoying. Additionally, it's ridiculous you do not get at least one state e-file included in the price. The product is on the decline and to make up for it, they want to you to buy into their tax prep or audit services.

I love TurboTax

TurboTax made entering all pertinent information very easy. The only question I had was answered through the help option online. I have been using TurboTax for years.
