One it FINALLY worked it was fine.

It took 4 attempts to get the program to save my return. After 2 hours of entering info and data I tried to save. The software recommended using a password, so I did. The program then froze and could not be exited without a force quit command. This happened on my second and third attempts to redo my return. Finally, on my fourth attempt, I randomly tried saving my return without a password and that worked. This is an obvious bug that TurboTax needs to fix if it is going to continue to recommend using a password when saving a return. In other respects the program is okay. A lot of jargon and excess verbiage, but it does eventually work. I have used TurboTax for many many years, and this was the weirdest glitch I have seen yet.

Doing my taxes with Turbo Tax is a great experience, having no problems a issues because is so simple and understanding each of the step to do. I will recommend this software to any one who do not want to have any problem with IRS.
