SLOWWWW!

I have used Turbo Tax Desktop for years and this is the first time I have had issues. This is the first time I have experienced super slow time on the review step. My network was up and I have a strong signal but I wasted a whole afternoon trying to figure out why "review" wasn't working. Finally after calling the help line, there was a more complete response on just letting the application sit until it finally completed whatever it was doing in the background.

Inconsistent payment processing info

On the whole I'm satisfied with the product. I am, however, disappointed that even tho the filing cost was given as $20 for the state return; I was charged $25 by the payment software. It was also, in my opinion, ridiculous that I am required to login to Turbotax to pay for the state return when I'm already logged into the product.

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years, so glad that a friend gave me one to use all those years ago. Of course, as you get older, and your income and tax situations change and grow it is nice to know that Turbo Tax is always there to guide me along.

I have used TurboTax for many years and it usually works quite well. However, this year's version causing problems with my computer, by causing it to lock up and shut down intermittently.

Turbo Tax makes your tax return doable for most.

Taxes are really messy, but Turbo Tax makes the process doable for an average person like me. I especially like the "Import" function to input all the data from my brokerage account. It saves me a ton of work!
