Excellent Product

Been using Turbotax for many years now. Most of the bugs seem to be worked out and now my taxes are pretty straight forward. Something I didn't take advantage of last year was letting TurboTax download my Merrill Lynch information. It made it real simple this year and cut my time down to just a few minutes.

I just finished using TurboTax for the first time and I definitely would say you have to have the option to speak to an expert. It's not difficult but there are things that you're going to mess up if you don't know what you're doing. The expert made called back very quickly, and made it extremely easy as I went through my taxes to fix any problems. I gained an extra $2000 in my refund after speaking to the expert.

Another Year, Another Accurate Filing

Really like Turbo Tax and the "import from financial institution" is great; simplifies obtaining input data without transcription errors. Had a DO NOT USE error on final 2025 1040ES forms (for estimated taxes) that I couldn't resolve, and TT help was useless.

very good program which was extremely helpful. Did not like how it wouldn’t carry over 2023 info so I had to enter much more manually this year. Importing seemed really nice for some reason.
