My taxes were very easy to prepare. The tutorial helps with questions. I will always use Turbo taxes for my tax filings.

i am pleased with the product. However, i was charged too much for it. the $40 for the state fee is too much and i wasnt made aware of untill i i started the state return. because of this situation, i ended up paying an additional $40 to file the return since i didnt have money to file

Hidden Fees

The tax software is fine but the $40 additional fee for processing your e-file should be advertised. When the software states your paying for 5 federal e-file and 1 state e-file I assume you have prepaid the cost to file your returns?

TurboTax for Mac Does not fully work!!!

Main program as good as always. Stumbling this year is trying to use the print option. Appears that Intuit did not recognize my MAC version, which I paid for and have a License #, as being valid. I was very frustrated as well as your Helpdesk person who I spend about 2 hours with on the phone attempting to get this version to work correctly. One Star because of all of the Frustration.

Just ok now

Turbotax wrecked itself updating and I had to reinstall. Also said I was being charged $20 dollars to e-file my State return and charged my credit card the whole $25. Also missed double entry for income.
