Turbo Tax is "Taxing" on one's patience!

I have no idea how you made an excellent ideal, that I've used for several years, more difficult to navigate that ever before. In years past, it has taken be just a couple hours to figure out the software and complete the job. You have my congratulations for committing me to a complete 8 hour day, just to do something that I was able to do briefly before.

rather non-intuitive at times. not easy to go forward and back. hard to change after going through a section. need to restore the side by side interest and dividend listings from all entities.

Fallen Off from where you were in prior years

I.ve been using Turbo Tax for 20 years. This year it's not letting me file my state tax returns. Says payment went wrong when it hasn't even asked for my credit card information

TurboTax Still Cheaper Than Accountant

The latest changes make the software less user-friendly than it was. Some instructions are still difficult to interpret.
