Filing An Amended Return is Very Inconvenient

the short window to be able to file an amended return electronically is HORRIBLE......you get 3 years to amend and you give your paying customers a few months after the filing date.....as a result I have to print and manually file by mail a 29 page document.................

Show refunds/fees prior to purchasing the state

too much for state taxes and e-file. Turbo tax did not show the dollar amount for the NJ tax, I had to spend $40 to learn it was only a $7 refund. If they shoed this ahead of time I would not have bought it.

Good but one complaint.

Good.... only complaint is why such a steep cost for simply e-filing a state return (KY) especially when my state also offers FREE e-filing by using KY File software.. Doesn't make sense in today's world. Not going to pay $25 to e-file and also pay my state another $21 due.
