I've been using TT for well over 25+ years and I really like it. However, this year it seems to be more challenging than in previous years to download a copy of TT to my computer. It seems that you all are trying to force people to file online. Once I did find the location on the Intuit website to download the software, I had to request a refund for the MAC version because it was incompatible with MAC OS Monterey (O12.7.6) and had to download the version for Windows. The Windows version seems to be a bit bloated and slow. I received several "Not Responding" messages while preparing my taxes. Overall, I still prefer TT for now, but if downloading the product is going to be phased out and forced to file online (user interface is not to my liking) and if the downloaded product will continue to be slow and bloated, then I may be forced to try another product to file my taxes.
