Turbo Tax has a problem....

Turbo Tax did not recognize my itemized deductions. They are much higher than the standard deduction. Now I have to take the time to "amend" my taxes.

Had to call in twice and information was helpful, especially from Miles. However, not pleased with the cost of additional states at $40.00 each. Had a need for an additional four at $160.00. $40.00 each! The federal and state was $45.00. Need to update with a print button at the end where Preview Print Copy & Save as PDF is.

Complicated for a novice.

Very difficult to fill out my return, plus when I got done the printouts of my 1040ES said do not file, form not final. If I've already transmitted my taxes and paid, just what isn't final?
