Turbo Tax always

I have used Turbo Tax for the past 10+ years and have never encountered any problems with my return. Turbo Tax basically walks you through the entire process and ensures all required information is provided. Turbo Tax also reviews your return for any areas which may need a second look to ensure everything is correct. Turbo Tax makes it simple to complete your taxes. Why pay someone a high fee to do something you could do yourself.

Problem with social security query

I opted to have Turbo Tax ask me all questions; however, nothing was asked about social security. I had to search for the form and fill it in after I did my own review.

Great program, high fees.

Turbo Tax is great, easy to use program, but the fees are high. The program plus filing fees were approx $155. And I did all the work !!

The direction could have been more detailed. It seemed like you were trying to save words. I did not like that every time I went back and checked on a 1099R it would ask if the income was from Public Safety which it was but it would auto fill back to no and I would have to change it back to yes.
