One small clitch

More installation problems them ever before. I have WIN and it would not come up- only the Mac button but after several tries I clicked on Mac.Started and used ,seemed to be OK

Disappointed this year

I thought it was very hard to use this year, and I have been using it for many years. It was slow to load, the Adobe Acrobat site was known to be corrupt and now I have to spend time getting that freeloader McAfee out of my computer. I don't appreciate the extra work or the extra cost this year, plus all the up-selling. I might just have to go back to paper for my simple return.

Turbo Tax on phone experts are fantastic to work !

I had help from 2 of your phone experts. I am sad to say I didn't get the gentleman's name yesterday who spent 40 min helping me re-input a state tax paid number. He was incredibly patient and got the problem fixed. Today I spoke with Kelly who was wonderful and very patient who helped me with the filing of my 1099NEC's and a problem with my state tax form to be filed. All got fixed and I am so happy with your services!
