I love Turbo Tax!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many, many years. It is so simple, intuitive and if you get stuck, there are many ways to find answers. Definitely worth the cost, time and effort!

Easily Done

Easily entered all information, printed returns both Federal and State and E-Filing was very easy. Only question is why does the Turbo Tax program have to update itself every time I activate it to enter more information? Does it almost every time and on a daily basis.

Over 25 Years of Great Performance

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 25 years, and I have always been impressed by the ease of filing and the simple navigation of the return process. I have great confidence that my tax returns will be done accurately and timely.

Frustrating but finally worked!

I love using Turbo tax every year and this year was super easy until i got to the end when it wouldn't transfer my returns to the IRS because it needed an update that Turbo Tax said it didn't need or didn't have. All of a sudden it worked the next day! About time. frustrating but now relieved.

2024 Was a Troubled Version

TurboTax Deluxe on Windows 11 24H2 PC. For the first time in my more than 2 decades of using TurboTax, there were significant issues with completing the returns due to a software glitch which prevented the program from advancing to File after Review completed. This was fixed by a software update, but no until 13 February 2025. It proved impossible to get useful advice and help from TurboTax customer service reps, as their advice seemed to be uninstall/reinstall, which did not resolve the issue. Eventually, I was able to proceed to file and successfully file return accepted by federal and state tax authorities. Not the trouble-free experience I had been used to in my past experience.
