Trouble with auto load of fields to enter data.

Have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years. This year had multiple issues with fields not auto loading when selecting visit the topics. Had to access using the open form tab. Very frustrating. I may look into using a different software next year.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Jennifer was a life saver!

I worked with Jennifer on my tax return. I was very confused and didn't know that there was a desktop version and an online version. She was able to walk me through it. Jennifer was very patient and I learned a lot from her. She's a keeper!
