Somewhat Confusing

The process to follow when your returns are rejected can be confusing. It seems like you're paying again. A completely different process would be to bypass the payment section and indicate that the user has already paid.

I have used TurboTax since 1988 and that says a lot. It's easy although I wish there was a way I could enter basic number and let the program tell me if I will be taking the standard deduction. Entering a lot of insurance, charitable contributions and medical information just to be told I'm getting the standard deduction is very time consuming but understandable.

Turbo Tax did the job as I expected!

Software is great and made filing my taxes easy. The difficult part was finding a way to print my return. I kept getting stuck in the "preview" return but couldn't actually print it. Time to close the software and reopen it and hope i am able to print a copy.

Dreadful!

This is the worst experience I have had with Turbo Tax. There is a message regarding "Tax and Deduction Worksheet" date error. I do not have this worksheet. There is no place to get an answer about what this is. The return can't be filed because of this "error". I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I am very disappointed with this experience. Now I am supposed to mail in a 45 page document. Ridiculous!!!!
