Overall, the program works good. IT would be a higher rating if everything worked, but it doesn't. The ability to pay the fees via the refund is the principal reason for the lower score. It seems to me, that for you to allow a product to not work 100% at the time of sale is not good customer service.
And trying to pay the fees via a credit card, isn't a better way. What is the Turbotax Cloud and what does that have to do with the desktop product? That process isn't complete because you don't tell what the Cloud is and what it has to do with anything. This is my last year for using TurboTax, Too much wasted time trying to figure out what went wrong.
