turbotax download is a pain in the butt

the download process is horrific, very annoying. text to phone, emails (which I do on a separate laptop), instructions on the process were not clear as to where the download link might appear....
please produce the CD or I'll probably switch to HR Block after 20+ years of turbotax ... sigh.

No CD????

quick and easy. the only improvement would be to offer a unit with a CD. some of us don't trust downloads and we like the ability to have a backup option

The only improvement I can recommend is that when you finish a section that you don't have to scroll through what has been completed. That way you are at the next section ready to be entered.
