I have used Turbo Tax for years because it's easy to understand, use, and fill out. I've never had any problems, and I don't think I ever will if the program maintains this level of accuracy and helpfulness.

Questions related to CA Form 3554 were super difficult to answer. Also, it was impossible to pay Turbo Tax fees with credit card and I did not want to pay the extra $45 to Audit defense but was forced to do so.
