I had a good experience with one exception: last year's information would NOT import into this year's software, and I had to enter everything by hand.

Turbo Tax easy to use

Turbo tax has always been easy to use and file my taxes. I have been using turbo tax for 35 years or better. I plan on using turbo tax for next years taxes.

too much upselling

I bought federal taxes only and it asked me over 30 times to file state for an upcharge. It is very confusing and irritating while trying to file taxes.

great, Better if on a CD

This is the best tax software, been using since 2016. it to bad intuit stopped providing this on a CD. Makes it real difficult to move from one pc to another.
