2024 Turbo Tax is TERRIBLE

TurboTax used to be easy to use - last year very easy. This your your improvements were so good I would have changed my tax program if I could export my other filings to one

The process to manually enter 1099-R info is clunky in the latest edition of TurboTax. Just need a straight forward question: "Do you want to enter 1099-R info manually?"

TT is OK

Long time user of TT. First time experience with a software problem. The program was charging an RMD penalty for my 68 year old spouse. No RMD required. Customer service connected me with an expert who was aware of the problem and told me to expect a fix in 3 days and an email notification, which I never received. Called customer service for an update, told me the problem was rectified. I had to delete my copy of TT, download the program again, and reenter all my data. 4 stars is generous.

Awkward Input in finances
Adding the investment s went off okay but then I tried to input interest income and had to navigate around to find out how to do it. It should have a better way to get back to the place to input that interest income.
