Discovered an error this year. When I downloaded my 1099's electronically from Fidelity, the program put by state withholding in the wrong box. I corrected this manually.

DO NOT LIKE THE DOWN LOAD SOFTWARE PROCESS I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE OF TURBO TAX PRIOR TO THIS YEAR USED IT MANY YEARS.
THIS WILL BE MY LAST AND LOOK ELSEWHERE
ALL AROUND PROCESS IS TERRIBLE

the new software was not easy to get use to. No CT returns available for 10 days was a negative.

Have used Turbo Tax for years and have had no problems with it until this year. I got to a point where it just hung up and would not go further. Had to back the most recent entry out. Called TT Tech support and work with them for about 2 hours. Could not find anything wrong. Eventually I was able to get the data entered and move on. TT staff did a good job of helping

Turbotax works but has it's problems

Worked great for the federal return, E-Filed with no problem. However I wanted to mail my state return and getting it printed and saved was a problem. The program seemed to lock-up when I tried to generate the PDF file and I had to wait for a long time to finally get it to display the PDF. Also, it wanted to print the return and it printed the E-File version so I didn't get the mailing address. I had to redo the printout and finally got everything right.
