Product is easy to understand. They don't always give you answers to forms you have on hand that don't need filed. They gouge you for another $25 state tax e-filing.

No Price Break For Using Turbo Tax For 20 Years

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years, mostly out of habit. I don't actually know that it is the best tax software, I mostly use it out of familiarity.
The biggest improvement for me would be a more extensive help feature. Too many times I don't know what numbers should be entered because the question or line description is vague. I realize that the IRS deserves most of the blame for that, but if Turbo Tax could better explain the IRS gobbledygook.
