Been using Turbo Tax for 10+ years and always got a CD with purchase NOT this year just a down load process which royally sucked Live in a very rural area and have satellite service and this was the biggest pain I have ever had Took for ever to get Turbo tax to work never had these problems before will have to think about using this again

The product is great with, questions, an average person can answer. The problem for the average person is they are not computer strong. Before put a CD in follow directions.. This time to find InstallturboTax.com was complicated. Then to sign into Intuit, download program try to install program to point to enter license code took over 1 1/2 hours and every complication that could happen. The average person uses this and most I am sure are not computer strong. Will I use this again I have for 12 years or more. I question that
s they are not computer strong.

Turbo Tax was easy to use; I've used it for years. My biggest challenge in using it continues to be the lack of or inadequate explanations provided for some entries.

Wish I could have purchased DVD without going on-l

The only thing I did not like was the attempt to get me to purchase other options. Program is better than previous years however I would prefer to receive on DVD as the internet is slow in remote locations and intermittent. Took a very long time to load and install. (hours)

Turbo Tax is a great tool to do your taxes

Great program that you can walk through each section and complete them in order. It does require that you have all of the document throughout the year. Knowing this required information at the beginning of the year would make the actual tax preparation simple and easy

I was pretty confused with all the different options. Just wanted to make my experience as close to last year.
I felt uncomfortable with using online software.
Also your product seems to be gathering scammers.
