What happened to TurboTax ease of Use?

The newest version (2024 Tax Year) is unbelievably frustrating to use. I have been a TurboTax user for over 30 years and this 2024 tax filing was the most disappointing to use. Numerous times I was not able to reach the program as I was doing my taxes over a couple of week time period. Also, I was not able to print my returns after numerous attempts. Not sure what they did to the program, but it sure made it difficult to prepare and file my taxes this time.

Why do I have to pay for e-filing?
