Turbo Tax is somewhat easy to use. The biggest part is to determine where some of the deductions go, especially medical, prescriptions, etc. Otherwise, I love this product.

Help/Search feature not as good as before

your help feature has gone down. you type your question in the search area and turbo tax asks you for your account. Prior versions you just entered the question and receive an answer

Mostly good, but quirky this year. Problems with printing (state and city forms not available, and notification process not working) and payment of state filing fee (wouldn't let me select the expiration month).

I love Turbo Tax!! I started using it about 10 years ago. I am older and I had always paid for my taxes to be done prior to that because I was afraid of doing something wrong. I am not part of the fearless younger generation who grew up with computers and almost seem to be born knowing how to use them. Turbo Tax walked me through everything and I have never looked back. I highly recommend Turbo Tax!!

I Love Using Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax ever since I can remember. It's very user friendly and the individual help screens will help you through questions you may have. I haven't used the extra's because my taxes are pretty straight forward. I will continue to use Turbo Tax each year
