Not so hot this year.

Not happy this time! Have used Turbo Tax for years without incident, but this time had to back out and restart the program three times to get state return to process correctly. First time, after finishing federal return and selecting/installing and initiating state return, program displayed state return was OK with NO errors but indicated there was NO state taxable income and NO state refund. As stated above, took three tries to get it to work. Hope it's right.

1099-Div and 1099-Int processing is worse

I really dislike the way 1009-Div and 1099-Int forms are entered. Having you pull the files from various institutions should be an option, not the default. This year I was forced to click past the automated pulling to enter them manually. You made it harder, not easier!
