ACCURATE and EASY to Complete

TurboTax is ACCURATE!!! I have paid for a CPA ($450), Jackson Hewitt ($225) and TurboTax is only $40 and gives me the same results. I have used Turbo Tax for several years and it is ACCURATE

Easy to follow

I have been using Trubo Tax for many years. Ran into a glitch with my son and my tax return. Paid $50 and was help with mine (Shandra) I think. With my son not so much, she just said resubmit it.

TT mis-calculates NJ state return Tax-exempt divs.

Overall TT is easy to use. However, I still have complaints about how TT calculates tax-exempt dividends for my NJ state return. TT miscalculates the states dividends for tax-exempt and taxable dividends. Mutual funds that are 100% tax-exempt for the federal return are carried over as 100% tax-exempt for my NJ return. Only portions of these dividends are tax-exempt for NJ. Not the entire amount. I have to manually go in and change the amounts reported to NJ for tax-exempt and taxable dividends. How come TT can't figure this out? If anyone has the same problem I would like to hear from you.

Turbotax is glitchy this year

Turbotax is glitchy this year. It keeps locking up as you move through the process. It adds stress to an already stressed filled time.
