WORST TurboTax edition EVER.

Absolutely the worst experience with this year's TurboTax that I've ever had, and I've used your product for many years now. Glitchy, buggy, with unexplained sudden demands for certain information that I already entered, repeated requirements to enter the same information over and over, more sign-offs than ever, and finally, you snuck the premium fee on me at the very end, just because I chose to have the filing fee deducted from the federal refund - which you did without fair disclosure. I went back and re-traced my steps just to see what happened with that. I again chose not to pay for the premium service, and yet you tried to get me with it nevertheless in a very deceptive way. I will not use TurboTax again because I no longer trust your ethics, nor your ability to deliver a product that is ready for use without so many bugs.

FRUSTRATING

Works fine until after you e-file federal tax and go to print and mail State then the program stops responding. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH TURBO TAX UNTIL THIS YEAR.

So Easy, a Caveman Can Do It

Turbo Tax walks through everything for me and does all the transfers and calculations. I've used Turbo Tax since the 1990s (or maybe even earlier, not sure). I used Turbo Tax when it used to come on floppy discs.
