Additional unexpected fees to simply e-file

Easy but crappy to pay $65 for the program and then additional dollars to electronically e-file. No one wants to send by paper and have their identity stolen. I might as well pay my normal tax lady that uses turbo tax and it's cheaper.

You Just Lost a 10+ Year User

Deceptively adding on a premium service at the end of the tax return process is wrong. Taking it a step further and making it very unclear on how to successfully remove it is even worse. You just lost a 10+ year customer.

Over charged for state e-filing Charged $5 Shippi8ng ???
Also no way to correct errors during entry of farm data. Had to cancel filing (80% into filing) and start over!

It seems that the quality has decreased over the years and now it is difficult to find problems when your taxes are not accepted. took me 30 min and searching on youtube to figure out how to fix my problem. It does not seem like the effort in making a great product is there anymore.

SOFTWARE SEEMS TO BE A BIT MORE CLUNKY. IF YOU GO BACK TO REVIEW A SUBJECT AREA A LOT OF THE ANSWER IN THE CHECK BOXES DISAPPEAR AND YOU HAVE REENTER THEM.
