State part needs fixing

For the last 2 years and this year, the section that exempts Alabama Retirement System from Alabama State Tax has not worked correctly. Each time I have had to go to the form and make manual changes. Prior these years, it worked properly and made the exemption.

Finding it difficult to find answers to questions. I've used TurboTax for 10+ years and it's becoming difficult to use. Now you can't enter property tax easily you have to use a work around. Then help is also difficult to use it seems to send you in circles. One link will point to you think is an answer then you find out it's just a general answer and doesn't provide specifics on where to enter it in Turbotax. I'm having to go outside of Turbotax to resolve issues.

I tried to e-file fed and state taxes. It was trying to charge me for another copy of turbo tax plus the $25 dollars for state e-file. I backed up out of it and e-filed Feds only. That went fine. Then I tried the state e-file and this time it just charged me $15 with my $10 credit. Fix this bug.

I am unhappy that I cannot complete my state tax at this time. I have never had a problem over the last fifty years. I believe it is due to a turbo tax software problem.
