State forms to file myself not apparent

You need to make filing a state return via mail more straight forward. You keep trying to sell me on the e-filing option which costs money. I'm still looking for where it tells me what forms to file by mail for my state return. You need to do better.

Intuit TurboTax - great

The only problem we encountered was, it would not except our mailing address, it just got stuck in a loop. No matter what we attempted, it would bring us back to that page, It would not except payment. After numerous attempts, we end up calling Turbo Tax for help. I believe his name was John, he was very helpful in getting our problem resolved. Job well done!
