I have used Turbo Tax for 20 years and have not had any problems with it. As I was running through all the questions I tried to enter the mortgage interest on my home mortgage into the box but it wouldn't accept my dollar amount. I shut it off and turned it on several times, still wouldn't let me enter any amount. I finally decided to input the interest into the "second home " box, and it accepted my number. I hope others don't have this issue.
