TurboTax 2024 was a big Disappointment

1099-R Two Pensions, two RMD accts. This year, the program made unwanted selections and I had to go into the forms to fix. Also the RMD directions / termiology was worst this year. Also very unhappy that the program could not find the tax file 2023 to upload the boiler plate info, only the 2023 pdf was saved on my primary & backup drives which have files back to tax 2007. Tax file 2024 was verified at both locations. We'll see what happens next year..

Pretty easy to use for my my basic returns

I purchase this product because it automatically transfers information forward from year to year. Not necessary for just myself but I do several friends and family members taxes. Saves me a lot of manual input

Buggy and kept crashing,

The desktop app kept crashing when transitioning from one section to the next. Had to constantly force shut and restart the app.

NO CD

NOT HAVING THE CD MADE IT VERY DIFFICULT TOOK OVER A HOUR TO FIND THE DOWNLOAD LINK WILL NOT USE AGAIN BEEN USING TURBO TAX FOR OVER 15 YRS WELL NOT KNOW MORE

TurboTax has excellent user interface!

The ability to link and download our filing information, plus the order of entries AND the easy access of what many of the numbers are made of (right click show components of sums) make the overall entry of the taxes very clear.
