Loading and the printing of the files have not been as easy as prior years. I have been using TURBOTAX sine the 90s and I am not pleased with this year's edition.

I have used Turbo Tax since 2011 and have filed with confidence. Much more affordable than a tax expert and you get the latest changes. I did not provide feedback in a previous area because I was required to sign into my Turbo Tax account. Since I'm using your product and previously signed into my account, I will not waste my time to do it again. Suggest making it more user friendly in that area. Also, very disappointed I could not get the CD version. Making a copy of my taxes to a disk or USB is an additional necessity that could be eliminated if the CD version were still available. Suggest you reconsider and provide the CD version for future filers.
