I USE TURBO TAX BECAUSE IT WILL UPLOAD MOST OF MY INFORMATION FROM PREVIOUS YEARS, AND THE STEP BY STEP IS PRETTY SIMPLE TO USE

TurboTax Deluxe is OK, I guess

Software freezes for several minutes towards the end after the audit defense screen. Same place every time. Direct Debit explanation is vague and does not explain whether it's the IRS or Intuit that initiates the process. No direct debit info is submitted on the 1040 like it does if you're getting a refund.

HAVE USED TURBOTAX FOR YEARS AND WOULD NOT CHANGE. I WOULD HOWEVER LIKE TO UNDERSTAND THE WHY THE BLACK MENU BAR LETTERING IS TOO BIG TO FIT IN THE SPACE. THE ITEMS ARE CUT OFF. I CAN NOT FIND A SETTING TO ADJUST.

Too Difficult to obtain and set up

It took us several days just to get it set up. We have to have an Intuit account, with passwords, and then the tax year, with passwords. We are both over 75. Makes it very difficult for us.
