Easy to Use and Accurate

Easy to download software and to complete returns using TurboTax. Have used TurboTax for 14 years and have never had a problem or had an issued with Federal or State returns.

Kept hanging on review page.

Software kept on hanging on Review Page. Had to clear browser cache and history. Still hanging. Had to repeat steps several times before finally getting to the file tax returns page.

2025 errors

Alot or errors versus the past. Does not allow you to enter Long term care in the step by step method but you can in the forms. Does not check for all entries when e filing.

Too Difficult to Begin the Process

You would get a 5 Star rating if you didn't make it so hard to begin the process. I have a huge problem with having to change my passwords. There are too many requests for passwords. You need to find an easier way. I keep a copy of my passwords each year but they never work when I begin the process for the following year. It's really infuriating. I spend at least 30 minutes before I can even get into the file to begin entering my data.
