At the end, I was supposed to get a discount for e-filing state with you. It should have been $20. You charged me the entire $25. Only $5, but geez.

Still works as well as it always has. I've experienced no problems with downloading, installation or use at any part of its tax journey. I'm 78 years old, have been using TT since initial inception, and am receiving nothing from TT for writing my opinion (I have degrees in Business and Management). The TT program WORKS - IF you READ the instructions, have your tax items in order, and simply input the requesed information. Additional "ID" requirements come from the Federal Government and NOT TT.

Entering information was good. For simple taxes, it did not take too long. My only issue that was displeased with was after purchasing Federal and State Deluxe package, I still had to pay $15 for state filing.
