Turbo Tax is not what it used to be.

No way to get to a live person for simple password reset. The program sends the code and the code does not work. The company forces the user to use a Cell for two step authentication. Why you are not supposed to keep any of my Tax info you are one supposed to forward the information to the IRS.

TurboTax is great

I had some trouble downloading TurboTax, but T.J. was awesome & helped me through the process. Then I had some trouble with payment when I owed taxes & Edward helped me resolve the issue. Both Customer Service Reps were great!!!

Turbo Tax Sucks

Won't let me efile says I don't have the correct AGI but I do and have verified it by pulling out my 2023 tax files showing my AGI. Also shows Colorado as my state when it is definitely not. I bought turbo Tax so that I didn't have to print out 100 pages and send to IRS. This software is a mess.

Turbo Tax is no longer Awsome

Been using Turbo Tax forever. Product does not work as well as it use to. Not saving my returns properly to my computer. I called at begining of filing season & could not get answers. Can save however as PDF but will not import the information from the PDF. This is what I get Turbo Tax for!!!! I am a retired IRS employee and I can do the returns by hand. I don't trust it any more. Last year the HSA form was computing incorrectly and I had to notify you about it. Offered a special $20 state filing fee till March, but Intuit charged the full $25. No contact information was included to rectify the issue. Then the discounted fee showed up again as an option after I already filed the return????
