It was awsome in the past but not this year

I've used you product for years, never a complaint, this year I couldn't find any thing that needed to be carried over, but yet you say there is. I paid extra to get represented, but yet I can't find out how to file my state, I now have 3 copies of my Federal yet nothing for my state. Not at all happy with this tax year results

Please make getting to the link to buy and download turbo tax a little easier. I do not like doing the auto pay. At times I may not have the funds to pay for auto renewal.
