my last year of using turbo tax

Adding all those extra fees ! can see why this company has been sued so many times. I paid a 40 dollar fee that came out of my checking account just to file state and then you charged an extra 100 to direct deposit my state return which is coming out of my fed return

After 20 yr, this is my last year using Turbo Tax

I used Turbo Tax for over 20 years to file personal taxes. I will not use it next year. This year Turbo couldn't find previous year taxes so none of my standard info carried forward and I had to manually enter. In addition, none of the previous years info forwarded so I didn't get the 5 year (or any years) summary. I hated the constant reminder/option to purchase additional tax expert. The questions weren't always straight forward (i.e. is "Federal ID" same as "Payers TIN?" None of the cut/paste options worked. So many other little irritating issues. Next year I'll just use IRS free email option.

I PURCHASED TurboTax Advantage. I was supposed to get one State efile for $20. I was charged $25.

Forced to use a 3rd. party bank is unexceptable

I like the CD that you stopped providing. Being FORCED to use a 3rd. party bank and NOT even allowing the free filing option any where in the program is not good.

There's Nothing Like TurboTax

This year, for the first time, I chose to just work on the topics of my choice rather than going through everything within the software. I did this because my wife and I had no different taxable situations than we had last year. This shortened the process of filing tremendously.
