Had to get help from TurboTax Rep. I had entered a 0 in a work sheet for business credits and it stopped my return from being processed even after accepting my payment info for the State as I owed them and payment for sending my state return which by the way should have included 1 state return as that is what the package stated plus I had already paid the 15 dollars requested using my VISA care. Other than that it was pretty good but 4 hours is a long time to correct one mistake that should not have come up period since it was business related and I was filing standard deduction individual.

Installation change.

No CD. Product/Packaging change but no cost reduction. I realize some do not have a CD-Rom but If there was no cost savings why wasn't I given an option. The rest of my experience was flawless but I didn't make the decision with enough time to react. I will keep that in mind for next year.

I'm loosing the trust I had in your product for the last 15 years. Last year you did not present me the ACA page till I transfer and was rejected before you did and has done same thing this year. It is a time wasting.
everyone in New Jersey know we have to do form 1095A on our taxes so why don't present the page till we submit and got rejected? It does not make sense at all and I cannot afford to waste so much time doing taxes with your product if this continue.
