Where did the file go?

Initial sign in to access the program was somewhat confusing. After clicking on "install" there is no "download complete" or another sign that it had been downloaded. A momentary flash of a small box, indicating (as I later found out) in the corner of my PC screen, was a reference to where the file had downloaded to. After doing this 4 times I got my IT wife involved and she found the downloaded file.

I have used Turbo tax for 10 years plus I don't intent to change unless you make it to complicated or costly.

I was supposed to get a free state e-file, but I was charged $25 for each of the two I submitted.
