This was terrible. I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. This year was terrible. First, I could not get it on a CD. Then, I could not make a payment to send my state tax and the only message I got was "" It seems like we hit a snag. Please try again."

Never using them again. An extra $40 filing fee on top of having to pay to file? What a joke. I only use this because my wife is hesitant to use anything else. I paid $80 to file my taxes that could have been done for free. Try Freetaxusa.com

You are scheming

You advertise 5 Federal filings and one state with the Deluxe version. I did my taxes and mailed them in but no e-file. I did my son's taxes with him and when I e-filed I was forced to pay the $25 fee even though I had not used my free state filing. If you advertise 5 federal returns, it says this program is for a family or group. I can start a new return in your software. If I am not supposed to use the program for anyone but myself, why offer these things. This is baiting and false advertisement.
