leading digit of bank routing number being dropped

Every year Turbotax has more system problems which aren't being addressed (especially on state returns). This year there is a problem printing the MA state returns to pfd. The first digit of the 9 digit bank routing number is being dropped. The numerous solutions suggested by the turbotax community do not resolve the issue. Two returns on the same computer using the same browser get different results; one return prints/e-files the correct bank routing number and the other return drops the leading digit.

Previous versions were better

I struggled with this new version, older versions were more intuitive and reliable. I was unable to automatically import W-2 from ADP, even after an hour on line with a turbo tax tech support. Moving within the app seems more challenging than previous versions, I had to go through the same steps multiple times to get to where I needed to go. There used to be an option to print forms to file or all forms and worksheets, I miss that option.

2023 Tax Information Isn't Importing into 2024

I've completed one and started three tax returns so far this season and although I brought over the 2023 returns and names and addresses came over from 2023, no 2023 return numbers came down for comparison and the IRA Roth conversions for 2023 didn't come over, therefore the total dollars converted as of 12/31/2023 was incorrect. Had to go into the IRA worksheet and manually correct the IRA worksheet for Roth conversions completed in 2023 as well as the value of all traditional IRA's.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
